Fees

Transparency & a clear framework

Fees are discussed from the outset: you know where you stand, and why.

Fees & professional rules

Our fees are in principle calculated on the basis of the time devoted to the services provided, unless otherwise agreed.

From the first meeting, the client receives full information on how costs and fees are calculated, in accordance with professional rules.

With the client’s agreement, the fees may be increased by a success fee.

At the end of the intervention, a final statement of costs and fees is provided.

File costs are charged in addition to fees. They may include internal firm costs and other expenses (bailiff, registry, post, expert, etc.), supported by documents.

Internal costs are communicated before the file begins.
